We partner with Australia post to deliver to our customers. Delivery times will be subject to your delivery location and may be impacted by peak periods (I.e COVID 19). All deliveries are tracked and insured for loss or damage. Once you place your order you will be issued with an Australia post tracking number (if you wish to track your order).
Below is a guideline of expected Australia Post turnaround time:

Sending to same state (South Australia):

Metro - up to 2 business days
Country - up to 5 business days


Sending interstate:

Metro - up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points
Country – Please ask at your local Post Office

We will provide you with a refund on any product purchased if:

⦁ the product has not been used;

⦁ the product is returned in the original packaging and otherwise in the same condition as it was when received;

⦁ you send the refunded product to us (at your cost);

⦁ the product is returned to us within 28 days after it was purchased; and

⦁ you provide us with proof of purchase of the product.

• Maintain a clean windscreen
• Clean wiper blades regularly with warm soapy water.
• Do not operate wipers with leaves, twigs or any other material stuck in between the blade and windscreen.

No. Our wipers are not manufactured by car manufacturers (Ford, Holden etc) but are manufactured to the highest standards. We deliver a high quality wiper that is guaranteed to fit and perform, at a fraction of the cost of OEM wiper blades.
